Can I place an order over the phone?

To ensure order accuracy and to protect our customers’ personal information, all orders must be placed with us online.

I placed my order, now what?

Thank you for placing an order with us! You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and followed by a second email containing shipping information once your order has shipped. These emails will also provide great tips for using your new warminups products!

Where is my order?

Please login into your warminups account and view “Order History” for updates regarding your order. We will also provide updates via email as your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

I ordered/received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please contact us using the email at admin@warminup.com  and we will happily provide resolution.
