Shipping timing

Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 pm are shipped that same business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturdays, Sundays,s or on Holidays. Orders received over the weekend or on Holidays will be shipped promptly on the next business day.

Damaged or short shipments

You are responsible for the claim processing. If the shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustments, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save the product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Transportation cost

Shipping costs depend on many factors, including the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Shipping costs shown on our page depend on your product weight and your location country. The total shipping cost will be displayed on the last page of checkout before you submit your order. Please note that it is very important to select the correct shipping country at checkout, if the shipping address does not match the shipping country, your order will be canceled due to incorrect charges.

If your order incurs any additional delivery surcharges, such as product weight exceeding the courier allowance or delivery to remote destinations, we will contact you and you can choose to proceed or cancel the order.

Can I choose a delivery date/time?

Unfortunately, you cannot choose specific dates and times. You can try to contact our customer service via email to arrange a possible delivery date.
